Mr Stalin is a thriving entrepreneur who has many start-ups. Has 19 years of experience in handling and heading institutions as a director.
He was a member of an international society with its headquarters in Rome and Turin. Has headed many institutions as Principal, Director and Advisor. He was also a member of the education commission for the Kerala and Karnataka states, overseeing colleges and schools under the International Society. He was also a member of the Women and Child Protection Commission in Bidar. He was a member of an inter-religious forum in Tumkur for religious harmony. He showed his leadership as the director of the Child Labour Rehabilitation Centre, Tumkur, from 2006 to 2009. In 2011, he was the director of MORD (Ministry of Rural Development), a government initiative for empowering the youth of India in Bidar.

He has conducted faculty development programs for about 2000 faculty members across Karnataka. He has trained and empowered youngsters in personality development and has trained 5000 youngsters at large. He was the director for social action in the remote villages in Bangalore in 2012 has empowered women and youngsters at large and has given many education sponsorships for the very deserving students of the locality. From 2020 to 2024, he worked as the Managing Director for a group of Institutions and headed three branches in Bangalore, Hassan and Bellary. He had under his guidance 25 nursing colleges. He is also a member of the All India School Principals and College Principals Association. He is also the co-founder of a start-up, “I am Mindful”, which works towards drawing out invisible potentials in individuals for a sustainable good.

He has many awards and recognitions for his contributions to the education field. He has received the best Principal awards in 2015 and 2016 from the Karnataka education board. In the year 2023, he once again received the best principal award by the ‘Empowered Minds Bangalore. In 2024, he was again given an award for Principal of the Year by the All India School Principals and College Principals Association. Recently, he received the prestigious Award for “GURU SAMMAN 2025”. He also received an Excellence in Education award under the title ‘Edu Visionary Leadership Awards 2024 by Viksith Bharath Abiyaan’.
